Although some of the staff were poorly trained, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was in an central setting near restaurants and bars. Also, Parque el Poblado was just a short distance away.
Tbh, Wi-Fi was bad and the bathroom was a little old.

Every detail in this hotel was high quality, I liked location and rooms. Fast check in and late check out. Furthermore, I was offered free wifi throughout the property, which allowed me to work from the venue. Fairly central hotel set in the peaceful area. There was a rooftop bar.

The room was absolutely perfect, outstanding service. Our room had a really comfy bed and a breathtaking view. Liked the roof top bar. The pool was available too. Spotless and 10/10 hotel in El Poblado district. Top location, 15 minutes walk from the metro.
Wifi was very poor; average breakfast.
